This is a non-licensed customer service/office support position. Customer service and support is primarily in the area of Auto and Home Insurance. Tasks include answering phones, providing support to current customers, secretarial tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer files. Additionally, this position requires office support to licensed sales agent. Skills for this position include quick and efficient data entry, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills (particularly phone skills), can be productive when working independently, responds well to constructive criticism, and is highly organized. Insurance office experience helpful but not required. We will provide training for this position. The ideal candidate will be committed to excellence in their work and be able to multi-task.
