Move is currently looking for a talented individual to join our team in the role of Digital Sales Associate, which is a unique and exciting sales role. We're interested in people who want to grow with us, who are hungry sales professionals with a desire to close sales on the telephone for our realtor. com division which is the industry leader in both content and traffic.

The Digital Sales Associate must be a highly motivated, self-driven sales professional. This individual will be responsible for generating new client acquisitions and capturing future interest in high demand solutions via outbound, dialer-assisted call campaigning only. The Digital Sales Associate will be required to make a high volume of outbound calls to fuel new customer acquisition. The Digital Sales Associate will not engage with current customers and instead will be responsible for communicating the value of realtor.com offerings to real estate professionals that have no current realtor.com solutions. All sales activities will be conducted via the phone, and the use of computer systems will be necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:Generate new sales made to real estate professionalsMake a high volume of outbound calls (125 - 150 per day) via our call dialer platform to secure new business sales. Speak with real estate professionals to conduct extensive needs analysis with prospects, matching them with products that meet their needsMust be able to clearly articulate the realtor.com value proposition to key decision makers by building in-depth knowledge of realtor.com solutions, with the capability to communicate how they create a competitive advantage for real estate professionals who use themUtilize standard scripting to convert leads and opportunitiesConsistently achieve performance goals and milestones - including productivity (call and talk time) requirements Must follow standard operating procedures; Must document and follow up all activities in our customer management systemKeep abreast of competitive market and industry trendsProvide a high level of sales serviceMust thrive working in a fast paced environment where performance is rewarded

Education, Skills and Experience:

Required:

1-2 years of experience and proven success in tele-sales

Experience in a high volume call setting completing new business sales from pitch to close

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals through new customer acquisition and outbound prospect follow up

Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms

Experience utilizing a company provided script within the last 5 years

Demonstrated success in consultative selling and presenting multiple solutions to ensure the best fit with prospect needs

Strong organizational and follow up skills

Experience using Email, VOIP, Zoom, Google Hangouts, or similar tools

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office and navigating the internet

Must be within a 2 hour commute of one of our office locations

Preferred:

Associates Degree or higher

Experience in a high volume call setting handling cold leads

Online advertising sales background

Background in Real Estate

The Digital Sales Associate role offers a base plus uncapped commission potential. Top performers earn over $120K! But wait.there's more! This position also offers a new hire guarantee for the first two months with total payout being up to $5k!
