RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in need of a Data Standardization Business Analyst.

Summary:The Data Standardization Business Analyst will be supporting the design, deployment, and maintenance of data standards which help to improve data consistency and quality and reduce complexity in our data ecosystem. This includes the standardization of reference data (i.e., lists of values and related hierarchies such as product types, business units, industry codes and the like) which are critical to key enterprise business processes, including regulatory reporting, risk management, financial crimes compliance, financial and management reporting. The Data Standardization Business Analystwill work with business and technology stakeholders across the organization to understand our current state level of standardization as well as our target state standardization requirements in order to support the development of effective standards.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management or related field 5+ years of experience with data analysis, data management or development with strong experience in financial services, and in complex and global business and technology environments Experience in organizations with mature data governance capabilities, including standardized reference data capabilities Ability to develop and maintain long-term positive working relationships with peers, subordinates, and senior management Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Deep understanding of banking data across products, operations or risk/regulatory reporting. Experience with CCAR, DFAST, Y9C, 14M or 14Q is preferred
