Requisition Number: 80831 The Technical Solution Executive (TSE) works with the Insight Account Executive (AE) & Services Account Executive (SAE) to manage and grow Microsoft Azure sales opportunities within an assigned region and/or market(s). The TSE will focus on achieving sales and profit goals through Pre-Sales verbal and written interaction with the clients, account planning, partner teaming and account team engagement, as well as solution development. This position leverages personal Microsoft technical knowledge as well as available internal/external organizational resources to develop and propose Microsoft solutions to clients. The TSE is considered a technical expert that will obtain the certifications necessary to support required areas of expertise. The incumbent skills are directed at the technical knowledge, solution selling strategies and best practices of how to position Microsoft-specific technologies to clients.

What you'll do at Insight

  • Serve as an expert Microsoft technical resource for the FastTrack team to help drive Microsoft technologies and services for a catalog of solutions, including the entire Microsoft 365 stack
  • Providing best practice, guidance and considerations when deploying M365 technologies
  • Ability to lead high level roadmap discussions and/or workshops
  • Provide clear deployment instructions to customers and follow up on technical questions.
  • Demo capabilities and configuration settings within the admin consoles

Technical resource skill set:
  • Specific focus on Enterprise Mobility + Security solutions
  • Understanding of Microsoft Server infrastructure and application environments
  • A proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through
  • Experience consulting on the migration of premises workloads to the cloud. Azure Active Directory and Hybrid Identity experience.
  • Strong understanding of M365 product licensing, features and capabilities
