Job Description:Leidos Enterprise & Cyber Solutions Defense team could use your Systems Administration talent!We are seeking a full-time Active Directory Administrator-SME to support the Regional Cyber Center CONUS. The work location will be at Fort Huachuca in Sierra Vista, AZ. This position requires a Secret clearance or US citizenship and the ability to obtain a clearance.What will you do in this role? The primary role is to analyze and optimize performance of the Active Directory tree/forest. This is not simple troubleshooting. You will use expert knowledge and "outside the box thinking" to:- Develop/maintain custom scripts (computer programs) to automate functionality, optimize performance, and improve resiliency of the AD tree/forest.
- Work with other teams to design new interfaces to meet new requirements for tool access to the AD tree/forest.
- Troubleshoot very complex and unique issues related to performance or functionality.
- Proactively and efficiently administer Active Directory (AD) Services using enterprise tool sets such as Change Auditor, Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM), SCCM, SCOM
- Effectively troubleshoot and document complex technical issues
- Document technical troubleshooting efforts in ticketing system and Knowledge Management Systems
- Ensure server configuration compliance with DoD and Army regulations
- Work independently and as a team member; set priorities and organize work to meet deadlines
- Work with near complete authority in identifying problems and implementing solutions, working with very little to no supervision
- Able to provide technical support and training to junior personnel regarding higher level troubleshooting
- Make recommendations to management on how to fix systems if the change/fix will impact interfaces for other users/applications/programs/tools; work with more autonomy when there is no impact to other users/applications/programs/tools.
- Follow organizational processes and polices
- Participate in rotational on-call duties to provide after-hours support
- Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance (Interim required prior to start). Those holding active clearance will be given first consideration.
- High School Diploma and 8+, or Associate's Degree and 6+, or Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience at a minimum
- Must hold current IAT II certification (CySA+, Sec+ CE, SSCP) or equivalent prior to hire
- Must acquire Microsoft server certification, MCP 70-410, 70-411 or higher within 6 months of hire
- Must be a positive, self-motivated, and proactive person with the ability to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situations
- Must communicate effectively with team members, team lead, management, and government customer
- Must have the ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervision
