Veterinary Technician/Assistant

Do you love animals? Here is an opportunity to become a Veterinary Technician/Assistant The job involves working with a Veterinarian, placing IV catheters, drawing blood, doing blood work, monitor and assist with anesthesia , obtain history and TPR in exam rooms, as well as assist with restraint. There will be some cleaning and maintenance of rooms and equipment involved as well. We work with primarily Dogs and cats with a few exotics and large animals. Training as needed, some experience is very helpful.
