Business Systems Analyst

An MSP servicing clients in the Phoenix valley is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to add to their growing team. This individual will be working with clients on 1-3 projects at any given time focused on technology modernizations or implementations. The analyst will be sitting down with clients to understand needs and translating those into business requirements for the project. They should have experience with the agile methodology and Microsoft systems as that will be the major common thread in most of these projects. This individual should also be available to commute around the Phoenix valley to different client sites a few times a week as needed. Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role with requirement gathering
• Experience working under the Agile Methodology
• Experience turning business needs into actionable business solutions
• Strong experience with documentation
• General proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications
• Ability to translate highly technical concepts to business leaders and non-technical stake holders
• Experience working with key stake holders
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with user experience, development, and cross functional business teams to deliver solutions that solve problems
• Strong written and verbal communication

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management or a related field, or relevant work experience
• Any Scrum experience is a big plus
