Kelly Services is seeking a Help Desk Technician for a client who powers the world's largest cloud platform dedicated to small, independent ventures. Our Client focuses on the end user experience, how to improve it, and engineer their way into having fun sometimes too! They work with users who are on the Mac and Windows OS platforms, who rely on them to ensure their day-to-day tasks can be done. Often, they try to work in the background to resolve issues before they happen, but they are there with a smile if an issue arises, to get them back on the road! And from time to time, they are the first to try out the new electronic gadgets before they land in the environment! What they do is support users on, and through, the following platforms.ServiceNow Bomgar SCCM JAMF Slack Zoom Office365Their work is not limited to analyst support either-they are continually engineering solutions to empower the organization. For this role in particular, their focus is on triage and getting users back out into their environment so they can continue to do their jobs well! Alongside those platforms, they also focus on:- Documenting new knowledge and updating current knowledge as needed
- Turning around short-term resolutions and purposefully tracking/resolving long-term issues
- Mac and Windows OS experience
- Basic networking troubleshooting and configuration experience
- Familiarity with Active Directory, including Group Policies, AD attributes and object management
- Experience with collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Office365 and Slack Virtualization Technologies
- Exposure to Parallels and implementation of Microsoft technologies on the platform.
