Product Manager

We are looking for a

• Evaluate emerging sensing, power and communication technologies, and our Intellectual Property against customer needs/requirements.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses in cooperation with corporate sales team.
• Define and manage the electronic product roadmap throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Gather product/service requirements/needs, Create PRD (products requirement document) and drive product throughout the approval, development, and launch process.
• Act as consultant; leveraging knowledge, experience and market insight to provide product recommendations.
• Creates and maintains product release plans in collaboration with program management.
• Works with program management and engineering to facilitate communication across teams.
• Create and maintain sales tools and marketing support collateral for the promotion of our electronic products and services.
• Facilitate technical training with sales and marketing team as appropriate.
• Travel to customer locations in support of customer engagements.
• Prepare and present sales material and product demonstrations before customers to promote our products and services.
• Work with sales team to establish standard pricing strategy through competitive analysis.
• Trade show planning, support and participation.

• B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical field, graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years work experience in a consumer-oriented product environment.
• Prior experience with electronic Sensor technology and/or products a plus.
• Knowledge of various wireless technologies (e.g., Zigbee, Z-Wave, BLE, etc.) for electronic devices.
• Strong product demonstration and presentation skills.
• Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to act as liaison between customer and development teams to communicate software solutions and coordinate software technology planning and implementation
• Solution oriented, and when issues arise, be able to roll up sleeves and tackle them.
• Able to multi-task and manage several initiatives concurrently.
