RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities: Working with the team to do story decomposition and building healthy backlog for the team Collaborate with the team during requirements elicitation and providing team support where needed Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS: Experience in Agile / Scrum Teams (In Build and Run teams) Experience with Requirements management and Software Development Lifecycle from Work Intake/Initiation all the way through implementation Technical Requirements and Systems Analysis experience along with with Business Analysis; Partnering with Business to elicit requirements Independent / Individual Contributor with the ability to be able to self-start and drive work with sense of urgency / CI mindset
