PRIMARY PURPOSE: Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for both human resources support and application technical support of multiple assigned applications. Serves as an internal subject matter expert to resolve functional and/or technical problems; supports the design, construction, testing and implementation phases of a system and/or upgrade project; recommends improvements to vendor strategy, application usage or process. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations. Brings compliance issues to the attention of management.Assures quality customer service to all customers.Maintains good attendance and punctuality per the absence policy.Manages UKG environment, implements new application capabilities, configures pay rules, manages integration with the payroll and other systems, creating new reports/data views, resolving day to technical issues.Manages Workforce Dimensions system configuration and provides system/consultative support to HR/Payroll/Business.Administers HR security policies in accessing, securing, and protecting confidential and sensitive information including the monitoring of access.Responsible for configuration and maintenance/implementation of pay rules/PTO/and accrual policies in Workforce Dimensions.Partners with business users to create dataviews and reports to improve productivity.Collaborates with HR/Business and UKG team to identify new opportunities and roll out new functionalities.Works with UKG to escalate issues that require vendor intervention, test fixes to ensure an incident has been adequately resolved.Manages and maintains timeclocks/tablets. Tracks and reports progress on projects, as required.Performs all other duties, at the discretion of management, as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:Knowledge/EducationBachelor's degree required. Knowledge of automated applications systems, system development life cycle, and project management principles required. Knowledge of applicable business application(s) required.Licenses/CertificationsNoneExperienceFive years of specific business applications experience in related technical field required. To include:• Two years' experience implementing Time & Attendance / Workforce Management software solutions (e.g., Kronos Workforce Ready, Kronos Workforce Central, Workforce Now, Workday, UltiPro) required.• Workforce management support (e.g., scheduling, timekeeping, accruals, and attestation) and integration management support required.• Experience with system implementations, upgrades, application configuration, systems analysis, requirements definition, unit/functional/system integration testing, and production support required.Advanced level experience with UKG platform functional capabilities and architecture with working experience in workforce management preferred.UKG Workforce Dimensions experience preferred. Experience with Payroll solutions and HCM solutions preferred.Knowledge of standard Kronos clock configurations and setups preferred.Experience with SQL preferred.Skills/AbilitiesMust possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
