Marketing Assistant

Granite Orthopaedics is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the team and help with marketing tasks and to assist the Executive Director in administrative and business needs.

Granite Orthopedics is the top-rated Orthopaedic group in Central Arizona consisting of over 40 employees with two locations, one in Prescott and one in Prescott Valley. Granite Orthopaedics has a sports medicine surgeon, a hand surgeon, a foot and ankle surgeon, and a reconstructive joints surgeon.

Daily activities include regular email correspondence, phone calls to current and potential marketing partners (newspapers, magazine, radio), setting up lunches and a variety of events, social media postings and monitoring, and working closely with a variety of staff.

Skill Set:

Excellent grammatical, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to effectively communicate in person, in writing, and on the telephone

Top-notch organizational and time management skills

Strong ability to multi-task and execute multiple projects within deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Must be a team player but also be able to work independently

Expert with social media platforms

Job Requirements:

2 years of Marketing, Sales or Customer-Service related experience or relevant college coursework

Able to interface with new and existing referral sources and marketing partners.

1-2 years of leadership experience in work, school or sports

Self-starter with outgoing and results-oriented personality

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
