Lead Computer Technician

As a Lead Computer Technician you will provide front-line support for multiple sites where you will install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade computer hardware, software, personal computer networks, peripheral equipment and relevant software applications.

• CompTIA A+/Network+ desired (or achieved within 6 months of hire)
• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) preferred.
• Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting PC and Mac computer hardware, software and peripherals, mobile devices, servers, monitors, cables, network systems, printers, and other low voltage systems (phones, bells, intercoms, security systems, etc).
• Knowledge of procedures for installing, configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing applicable software, hardware and peripherals.
• Knowledge of principles, practices, hardware and software related to the establishment and maintenance of hard wired and Wi-Fi based LAN’s and WAN’s and establish techniques for explaining technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users.
• Must be willing to have a flexible schedule which may include night/weekend work.

• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
