A prominent multinational company with over 43 years of experience is currently hiring for an exceptional and experienced Maintenance Technician for one of our luxury apartment communities in Gilbert, AZ.

Maintenance Technician

The essential functions include, but are not limited to:

-Be able to perform facility maintenance tasks including HVAC repairs, appliance troubleshooting and repairs

-HVAC and CPO preferred but not mandatory

-Knowledge in other maintenance areas including plumbing, electrical, drywall

-Prepping apartments for new move ins

-Taking care of the pools

-Be able to troubleshoot problems that come up while working and figure out how to solve the problems

-Be a self-starter, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision

-Must be professional and possess customer service skills

-Must be able to work nights and weekends

-Maintain a professional demeanor at all times

-Must always be courteous and helpful to residents, prospective residents and co-workers.

-Communicates effectively and on a regular basis with the maintenance supervisor and all staff members
