General Labor / Roof Cleaning & Maintenance

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team. This position involves assisting with roof cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair tasks. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, hardworking, and willing to work outdoors in various conditions.

Duties

Perform roof cleaning, debris removal, and general maintenance tasks

Assist with minor roof repairs as directed by the foreman or project manager

Maintain a clean and organized work area on job sites

Safely operate tools and equipment

Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA standards

Drive company vehicles to and from job sites (if applicable)

Experience

Prior roofing or construction experience preferred (will train the right candidate)

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Strong attention to safety procedures and a proactive attitude towards maintaining a safe workspace

Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and collaborate effectively with team members

Basic understanding of tools and machinery used in labor-intensive roles is advantageous but not mandatory

Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment

Valid Driver's License and/or OSHA Certification is a plus
