Role Overview

We are looking for an Auto Repair Manager who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment. This role requires someone with a strong background in auto repair operations, great people management skills, and solid experience using modern repair software systems to track work, improve efficiency, and manage customer flow. You’ll be responsible for hiring, training, and leading a fully functional staff that delivers on both quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the repair facility, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service.

Use repair software systems to manage work orders, scheduling, and performance metrics.

Recruit, hire, and train technicians and service staff into a cohesive, high-performing team.

Drive customer satisfaction with excellent communication and service quality.

Monitor KPIs, profitability, and hit aggressive performance targets.

Manage parts ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships.

Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in auto repair or service management (dealership or independent facility).

Strong leadership with a track record of hiring and developing staff.

Proficiency with repair management software systems.

Solid understanding of diagnostics, repair processes, and best practices.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Bi-lingual - Spanish preferred.
