BUILDING MAINTENANCE / Project Manager Trainee

Galaxy Builders looking for a full time multi-skilled tradesmen to complete service tickets and general scopes

Looking for someone that has a MINUMUM OF (5) YEARS EXPERIENCE working in commercial building maintenance, Primarily working in Restaurants,

Flexible hours

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Completing service tickets.

Repairs to Tile, Painting, Drywall, Siliconing, Cabinet, Minor Plumbing, Minor Electrical, Doors, Welding a plus

Must be dependable and have an eye for detail.

Must be able to work independently.

Must have your own general tools of the trade.

Must have a clean driving record and Pass a drug test

Must be able to Communicate Cleary through email, text and verbal, write legibly

Must be able to take clear photos of before and after.

In addition were looking to train and advance this person into a Project Managing position that has Computer / Excel, I-Pad, Site Audit Pro APP experience and can put a jobs together for existing night crews, Must have a eye for detail, knowledge of materials needed and skill to complete job tasks.

You would be operating with our existing proven program, Must be able to communicate clearly in writing, email and text.

Time it takes to moving into this position will solely depend on your skills level
