Estimator

There's a specialty flooring contractor that is looking for an estimator to bid decorative concrete floor projects around Phoenix, Arizona consisting of cement coatings, resin coatings, diamond polished concrete, and sealed concrete. While it would be nice to have experience in “flooring”, that is not necessary. Just need experience in estimating and working for subcontractors.

-Minimum two years estimating construction projects for a construction sub-contracting company.

-Evaluate invitations to bid

-Review electronic plans and specifications electronically to pre-qualify bid invitations

-Perform quantity take-offs and scope reviews

-Draft bid proposals
