Requirements:

We are looking for 3 maintenance technicians to maintain an apartment complex. One will be a floater position traveling within the same city.

Minimum 2 years experience as a maintenance technician for a 100+ unit property.

Must have a Valid Arizona Driver’s License

Must be skilled in installations, repairs, plumbing, and electrical issues

Respond to maintenance requests of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting

Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork

Paint interior of apartment buildings and respond to safety issues

Document repairs and performed duties

Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes

Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building
