Role: Service Desk Analyst

Location; Phoenix Arizona

Duration: 3 Months contract and CTH

Positions: 2 One of these positions is a 3 month contract to hire opportunity , candidates submitted must be interested in converting to a FTE status.

Local Only Candidates - Resumes must specify the current location of the candidate, all those who do not state current location will not be considered. -

AS A REMINDER - Candidates must be local at time of submission, and available for in person interviews within 1 week of the posting close date. Candidates must also be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer being made. This position will be worked both onsite and remotely as some of the training program is conducted onsite.

Overview- This position is responsible for troubleshooting State agency and public technical user issues via telephone and e-mail, recommending solutions to technical issues, providing on-the-spot user training for suppliers via telephone, remote PC connection and e-mail, documenting user issues and resolutions in an issue tracking system, and escalating issues when appropriate.- Ideal candidate would have existing technical support experience.

Job Duties- Provides eProcurement system technical support via telephone and e-mail, such as responding to user questions, diagnosing technical problems on the system side and documenting user contacts in an issue tracking system.- Provides one-on-one eProcurement system spot training to customers via telephone or remote PC connection.- Documents approximately 20 user contacts in the issue tracking system per day. Resources with previous remote work experience is a plus.
