Sr. QA Lead

We have 4 QA positions we are trying to fill – QA Lead, Sr. QA Engineer, Automation Test Engineer and Performance Test Engineer. The QA team will work with our client’s QA team on the project and will utilize expert level experience and knowledge and best practices in QA and Testing.The JD below is for the QA Lead role. • 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Good exposure and experience on web application testing, cross browser, and compatibility testing
• Experience in REST API testing using tools Postman
• Exp. on Mobile application testing using cloud-based tools Browser Stack, Sauce Labs etc.
• Proficient in SQL: query, inserts, updates, and joins
• Ability to gather requirements and convert complex business, technical requirements, use cases, and user stories to test cases, test data and test plans
• Prior exp working with Banking customers is a Must
• Experience with test status reporting using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Proficient in QA methodology and process (Agile testing experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills: must be able communicate with other functional teams to coordinate systems integration testing requirements

• Prior exp working with Test Estimation, Test Planning will be a plus
• Ability to manage and lead small size test teams (3-5 members)
• Knowledge / exp of test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress etc.
