INSIDE SALES & RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (B2B)

Environment Control is a nationwide commercial building cleaning company with over 60 years of experience nationally and over 40 years in serving the Phoenix/Maricopa County Area.

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales & Research Associate for our Phoenix Office (near the I-17 and Northern Ave)

GENERAL DUTIES:

Phone work - Appointment Setting

Research on new prospects

Data tracking using company CRM (Salesforce)

Admin support for the Sales Team

Business-to-Business (B2B) calls and emails

Effective communication with potential clients

Setting appointments for the Sales Team to visit

REQUIREMENTS:

Organized and Professional

Computer Skills: MS Word, Email, Internet, and Salesforce Experience

Must have at least 1 year in sales with B2B tele-sales experience

SCHEDULE/HOURS:

Part-time & Full-time positions available

30 minutes unpaid break/lunch

Monday-Friday: Flexible Schedule

PAY STRUCTURE:

$23.00 - $25.00/hour

Commissions on new business signed

Bonus Program for new business
