ABOUT US:

- We've been in business for over 13 years and continue to grow with 2023 being our best year yet.

- We are hiring full-time positions only.

- We are a small business with only 6 employees on average with 3 of us being here over 5 years.

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

- You must have a strong voice, can maintain a positive attitude and be coachable. If you're soft spoken and sound

very customer-servicey then this isn't for you.

- Your job is to Smile and Dial.

- Get businesses to support the law enforcement and veteran community through advertising space and sponsorships.

- You'll be responsible for building a customer base, account retention, collections, and lead generation.

OUR PAY STRUCTURE and EARNING POTENTIAL:

- Paid training. Training pay is $16/hr.

- Starting Pay is $18 hour with a review after 45 days.

- PLUS commission's, monthly bonuses and spiffs on top of your hourly.

- Paid weekly / ADP Direct Deposit.

We have:

- A great schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am-2:30 pm and Friday off at 12 pm.

- Hourly breaks and a 30 minute lunch. All is paid!

- Great work environment. TV's and music in our break room and sales floor, and bright office window views.

- You get your own wood desk with drawers, comfortable office chair, and plenty of room to stretch.

Your Responsibilities:

- Be on time, work hard every day, be coach-able and bring a contagious positive attitude.

- Must be a people-person with a strong voice, and great communicator.

- Have both the desire and the ability to learn and have fun!
