Our client,

a leader in investment banking, is seeking a

Remote Recruiter to join their team This role is a 7-month W2 contract with the opportunity to extend or convert Benefits offered!

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and build an interview process that will help bring the best candidates. You will create and maintain a flow of candidates and contribute to key initiatives and projects that will continuously improve and recruiting operations and results. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings

  • Facilitate and support strategies and goals
  • Deliver against set metrics to provide consistent results and progress

  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity
  • Share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Generalist experience in HR
  • Adept and comfortable with technology, including MS Office Suite, VPN, WebEx, Textio

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo preferred)
