Maintenance Technician - ASAP

Maintenance Technician need for a large apartment community on 19th Ave and Thunderbird. This is a full-time position with benefits, bonuses and vacation. We need a team-player who takes pride in their work.

Duties include:

Ground maintenance and clean up

Pool service & maintenance

Drywall and painting

Routine apartment work orders

Basic plumbing diagnosis and repair

Basic electrical diagnosis and repair

HVAC repair

Preventative maintenance

Curb appeal

Supplies and inventory

High school diploma or GED required.

HVAC and CPO certification preferred or able to obtain within 90 days
