Tempe Property near ASU seeking a skilled, competent, professional Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 years of hands-on experience.

HVAC Certification a plus

Plumbing

Electrical

Painting

Appliance repair

Make-ready of vacant apartments

Respond to oncall on a rotating basis
