Reliable independent contractor needed to walk through residential properties in the greater Phoenix area, take interior and exterior photos and provide feedback regarding overall condition. Each visit should take approximately 15 minutes. Valid driver's license and auto insurance required. High resolution digital camera required. You must conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and respect at all times. Flexibility is a must; we accommodate owners' schedules. Estimated 5-10 gigs per week, possibly more in the near future.
