Data Analyst/Data Coordinator

Progressive multi-billion commercial real estate investment management company, located in Phoenix, AZ is seeking to hire a full time on-site employee in the position of Data Analyst/Data Coordinator. This highly visible position will be the data analyst/coordinator between the IT technical data specialists and the user community of staff, business executives and real estate management professionals. You will be responsible for reporting deliverables, maintain daily, weekly, and quarterly data is accurate and on time, maintain transaction pipelines, creating customized reports on an ad hoc basis, seek out new data sources to integrate into existing workflows, help manage SharePoint portal for end user access to reports, and investigate new procedures for process improvement. You will work closely with the Portfolio Analytics management team. Experience with SQL or Power BI reporting would be a plus. Advanced MS Excel and MS Office experience is required as is a BA/or BS degree, and 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting and coordination. Real Estate industry experience would be a plus, but is not required.
