Electronic Security Concepts LLC is seeking an EXPERIENCED Installation/Project Coordinator for installation and Service requests. This Key position will include scheduling, job and technician tracking, customer service, quick response to customers, trouble shooting and warehouse checks for product in stock and staged jobs. You will be following up with job sites, booking travel arrangements, and complete coordination of the everyday process for the scheduling Coordination. This position is very demanding. Experience in Construction is very helpful. Must be very organized, be able to multitask and except schedule changes throughout the day. Must retain information very well, and have excellent customer service skills. We are seeking someone with a great phone voice and personality.

Experience helpful in Construction, and customer service. Must have strong out going , yet pleasant personality. This is a position for an Extremely responsible, organized, attentive person who retains information and has great customer service skills. You will be tracking, scheduling and managing 20 plus technicians for service and Installation jobs and for service. This position is for a highly trained and managed person to take leader ship with this position.

We are searching for someone with a "can do" attitude that is very approachable and takes charge of their position.

Skills/ Requirements:

Able to multitask, retain information and provide excellent service to our customers and technicians in the filed. Follow up with jobs and contacting customers is a key part of this position.

General office duties such as answering phones, managing technicians and paperwork for jobsites. Must have experience with computers programs such as QuickBooks, excel spreadsheets and the ability learn new programs easy.

Must be able to prioritize job duties be dependable and meet deadlines Excellent multi-tasking skills are a must. We are looking for Professional Persons with extreme time management skills and leadership abilities. This position requires competent multitasking skills as well as great interpersonal customer service.
