Media Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations in support of VOD distribution across multiple client networks to MVPD partners
  • Triage asset related issues
  • Coordinate with MVPD counterparts to troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues
  • Work with technical teams (including vendors) to enable improvements in existing technical solutions
  • Collaborate with technology leadership, product managers/stakeholders

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Video Content Management Systems
  • Working knowledge of video formats and transcoding processes
  • Experience with XML metadata schemas
  • Experience with MRSS feeds and API's
  • Troubleshooting/problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task across different clients and requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive
