Corporate Attorney

We have been exclusively retained by our valued client, a regional airline company, which is seeking to add a junior- to mid-level Corporate Attorney for an in-house role located in Phoenix, AZ. The Corporate Attorney will support and report to the EVP & General Counsel. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of corporate experience with a strong emphasis on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts/transactions. This is a true corporate generalist position, and will also provide legal counsel on equipment finance, securities, governance, regulatory, compliance, and some litigation management. This is a great role for an attorney who is interested in a high-visibility position, with regular interfacing with C-Suite executives and the Board of Directors. This company offers a great work-life balance, with regular office work hours and little to no weekends.
