Janitorial Operations Manager

Immediate opening for a janitorial operations manager. This position is responsible for the day to day operations and health of the janitorial division. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

■ Perform training and support to all cleaning crews while inspecting facilities.

■ You will have approx. 4 direct reports

■ Manage area supervisors and ability to hold accountable

■ Accounts are located throughout the Phoenix/Metro area

■ Must be bilingual

■ Organized and detailed

■ Reporting to upper management all deficiencies and resolution on how resolved

■ Management of all inventory at locations and maintaining stock levels

■ Looking for a pro-active approach to issues and solving immediately

■ Company vehicle provided or vehicle allowance

■ Background check

■ Level 1 fingerprint card (preferred or able to obtain)
