Warehouse Associates/Tuggers Needed for 3 Month Project ASAP

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in a 24/7 rotating shift operation. This role requires flexibility to work 8-12-hour shifts

The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks, including moving equipment (up to 50 lbs), using a tug to push or transport materials, conducting inventory activities, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

Pay: $24/hr (we pay weekly)

Start Date: Monday, December 16th.

Key Responsibilities:

- Material Handling: Safely move and transport equipment weighing up to 50 lbs using manual methods or a tug.

- Inventory Management: Track, count, and verify materials and products to ensure accurate inventory records.

- Equipment Operation: Use a tug or similar equipment to push or transport heavy materials efficiently and safely.

- Basic Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing routine cleaning tasks and adhering to safety standards.

- Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety policies and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for team members.

- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational goals and complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

- Safety Gear: Must wear steel-toe boots with laces. Eye and ear protection will be provided, and hard hats are a plus.

- Screening: Must pass a drug screen including THC and criminal background check (no felony convictions).

Experience:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.

- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
