We are seeking skilled Industrial Sewing Machine Operators to join our dynamic team in our Phoenix facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial sewing machines and working with various types of fabrics. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and precision of our printed products.

Responsibilities:

Operate industrial sewing machines to sew, join, and finish large format printed materials.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on sewing machines.

Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.

Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an industrial sewing machine operator.

Familiarity with different types of fabrics and sewing techniques.

Ability to read and interpret patterns and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials.
