BOUCE HOUSE & WATER SLIDE DELIVERY - AZ PARTY OASIS

We are seeking a few team members for our Event Rental Company which has more 5 star reviews then any other company.

Want a cool boss that is open to new ideas and knows how to communicate without yelling? You've found him!

You will be responsible for setting up important events by delivering, setting up, and picking up water slides and bounce houses in and around the Phoenix area. Want to lose weight and gain muscle? Then this is the job for you!

Keep 100% of the tips you make!

Sometimes crews will make over $200 a day just in tips!

Delivery Drivers:

Deliver and set up party equipment at assigned locations

Address customer needs and concerns on jobsite

Prepare and load trucks at the beginning of each day

Early mornings, weekends, and holidays possible

Work numerous hours a few days per week!

Driver Helpers:

Ride along with delivery drivers and help load/unload

Help navigate and provide directions to staff members

Have access to communication with all staff via smartphone

Qualifications:

Ability to work long days when needed.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Ability to work outside in the sun with no adverse affects

Must like to have fun!

Need to be able to work late nights on Sundays

Must know how to operate GPS on your phone

Must be able to do some heavy lifting - sometimes up to 100+ pounds

Ability to work well in teams

Cannot be a sex offender

Enjoys an exciting and fast-paced work environment

Extremely outgoing, energetic, upbeat, positive attitude and enjoys children

Able to interact and communicate with both adults and children

MUST be flexible in availability for work shift, especially on weekends & holidays

While you are being trained the pay is $16 an hour. Raises happen fast if you are good, and some have made it to $20 an hour in just a couple of months.
