Day labor wanted $150 a day

Working in vacant apartments. I am the contractor and will be doing the majority of the work. I need workers to prep apartments for me. It's a great way to learn. Job description;Demo, remove trash, move materials, minor drywall & electric work, appliances. Touch up painting. Pays $150 a day paid on Fridays. 8am - 5pm 1 hour lunch 12pm -1pm.
