Outstanding Front Office Medical Assistant/Admin - Naturopathic Office

We are a busy, successful Naturopathic Medical practice in North Scottsdale looking for an exceptional front office Medical Assistant or Admin to join our team. We need someone who is a team player, who enjoys working with people, who has a friendly and outgoing personality, who has fun while they work, and who can multi-task with a smile.

Work responsibilities include:

Greet patients

Schedule appointments using MDHQ/Cerbo & Charm EMR’s

Collect payments from patients

Answer phone calls using multi-line phone system

Injections and Blood Draws (if MA) – preferably proficient, comfortable, confident in these skills

Patient Call Backs – lab results, messages, instructions, etc

Ship products/supplements to patients

Help with Marketing - send out emails (MailChimp), marketing campaigns (Synduit, Active Campaign), update website (Weebly), update/manage online presence & social media (FB, Yext, etc)

We are a cash practice, so No insurance billing!

Must have a current Medical Assistant certificate if you are an MA

The front office team member is the first person our patients meet, whether it is on the phone or in the waiting room. We need someone who has exceptional customer service skills, proficient computer skills, knowledge of and passion for functional/naturopathic medicine. An MA that prefers the Front Office, yet is comfortable and confident with back office duties as well. We do not do drama, so we are looking for someone who is no-drama, professional, reliable, self-motivated, positive, organized, detail oriented, flexible, friendly, patient, welcoming, and who truly enjoys working with people of all ages.

Hours are from 8-5 Monday-Thursday, possibly some Fridays 9-1. If you are self-motivated, reliable, flexible, positive and engaging, we would love to hear from you!
