THE COLLINS Small Batch Kitchen is a DINNER & LUNCH concept featuring high-quality seafood, salads, burgers, pizzas and entrees. Our kitchen team is looking for hard-working and talented line cooks to join our restaurant group. LINE COOK . COOKS . COCINERO: Starting Rate $20-$23

: Salads/Pantry - $20

: Pizza/Sautee/Assembler - $20-$22

: Grill - $21-$23
