Description Robert Half is looking for a Business Analyst in our Phoenix, Az region. This Position will work with gathering and analysis and will assist with software evaluation, strategic planning, asset investment planning and system implementations.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred, related degree or equivalent training and/or experience.

3-years' experience identifying, analyzing and solving problems.

Working knowledge of project management principles and ability to manage, coordinate, and plan several projects simultaneously.

Strong conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to plan, develop, and implement solutions.

High proficiency with SQL language and database management.

Experience working with SAP in a testing environment.

Manage/update work progress/findings and projects using Azure DevOps

Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.

Strong knowledge Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities:Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system.

Evaluate current processes and capabilities within SAP, work with the team on improvements – requested and conceptualized, decipher how to programmatically implement improvements, and test programming changes in various business scenarios.

Recommend programming changes, present functionality to manager/teams and implement enhancements.

Manage system data, verify data accuracy initially, and monitor updates or changes as they occur, to ensure data integrity, within SAP and SQL environments.

Perform queries, generate reports using SAP, excel and/or SQL, and review for reliability.

Document testing parameters and findings, and timely communicate results and/or issues.

Write detailed description of user needs, program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer program.

Coordinate with programmers, business users and team members.
