Legal Workflow Coordinator
Arizona, Phoenix, 85001 Phoenix USADescription Robert Half Legal is assisting with staffing a Workflow Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with an international law firm based in Phoenix, AZ. As a Workflow Coordinator, you would be responsible for all intake and dispatch duties. You will work together with a team of individuals across multiple shifts and locations to provide the highest level of customer service and quality.Project Details:Pay: $22.20/hr.
Start Date: Expected to begin once candidates are identified, interviewed and upon clearance of a background check
Location: On-site in Phoenix, AZ (remote is not optional for this opportunity)
Hours: Sunday - Thursday 10:30PM - 6:30AM
Responsibilities:Create, edit and format legal documents including TOA and TOC's
Create charts, graphs, tables and spreadsheets
Perform data entry utilizing various software programs
Transcription of analog or digital dictation files
Provide telephonic support to troubleshoot application queries to clients when necessary
Work through complex legal document markups and instructions in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:1+ years of recent legal experience including knowledge of legal terminology and legal citations
Experience with legal word processing tasks such as creation of TOAs, TOCs, inserting automated cross references, converting PDFs to Word
Flexibility to work overtime as required
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while adhering to deadlines
