Position is located in the Phoenix metro area and relocation can be provided. Qualifications

BS Engineering or higher (preferred)
10+ years' experience in engineering and construction within the semiconductor industry
Prior experience in management of MEP engineers and other employees
PE desired
Mandarin skills desired
