Primary Responsibilities:

Work independently, handle and guide the team
Interact with business users, IT, vendors and customers to define application requirements
Involve in troubleshooting and debugging critical problems; Resolve complex technical issues that may arise
Participate in customer interaction and resolve customer issues with software solutions. Respond to suggestions for improvements / enhancements and contribute to solution development
Execute development processes for the project such as build automation, unit testing, software configuration management and packaging
Work with tech team on our state-of-the-art business application platform
Solve simple to complex issues independently or with minimal support from SMEs'
Work closely with development teams on database design changes to meet business requirements. Patch management and version control
Provide inputs to development teams. Setup and maintain documentation and standards. Develop innovation, strategies, processes, and best practices
Contribute to best practices and Continuous business improvements
Collaborate and share subject matter knowledge with business and operational partners during requirements elicitation
Detail and document low to highly complex functional designs and data structures to support business and operational requirements
Participate in client technology discussions as necessary
Prioritize and manage work to deliver critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
Mentor junior team members in design decisions and own the code reviews

Required Qualifications:

9+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot
9+ years of experience in Oracle / SQL Server / MYSQL
Proven excellent Object-Oriented programming skills
Knowledge in emerging and cloud technologies like Containers, Pods, Kubernetes (K8), Google Cloud
Experience in handling a team of 10+ resources
Experience in end-to-end ownership of IT applications
Hands-on experience working in DevOps Model - CI/CD Automation, Jenkins, Docker
Hands-on experience in Software Design, design development with proficiency in emerging technology
Experience with working in Agile teams/ Scrum Framework - Responsible for increasing velocity of scrum team
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
