Job Description TITLE: Lead Technical UX/UI Product Designer

DUTIES: Discover Products Inc. seeks Lead Technical UX/UI Product Designer in Phoenix, AZ to develop products that create an innovative, best in class experience for our customers.

REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Graphic Design and Applied Art, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: executing all stages of the design process, including Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test; creating design artifacts, including persona, journey maps, problem statements, system/user interaction mappings, wireframes, hi-fidelity prototypes, and mockups; collaborating with business partners to conduct user research and usability testing; using design tools, including Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD; designing Business Intelligence Dashboards and data visualizations in compliance with ADA standards; and creating design deliverables for developers, including style guides, component libraries, interaction behavior specifications, and clickable prototypes. Telecommuting and/or working from home is permissible pursuant to company policies. 10% travel required to various and unanticipated Discover Products Inc. office locations and client sites nationally.
