- Understands Salesforce architecture options, design trade-offs, and has the ability to communicate design choices based on Salesforce Best Practices. Be able to articulate through appropriate documentation and reports.
- Must have understanding of Sales, Service, Community & marketing cloud.
- Have performed platform discovery, health check consultancy projects in the past - at least one.
- Be able to review Salesforce Design & Data model, customizations, data quality
- Be able to analyze existing workflows, process builder processes & validation rules - Verify governor limits and Best practices
- AppExchange apps usage (Total Apps, Not Passed in AppExchange, Not Used, Expired and Not upgraded), Development & deployment process analysis
- Be able to analyze Data storage and file storage usage
- Be able to review integrations design
- Ability to guide on Salesforce data model and security aspects like OWD, Profiles and Roles and identify security vulnerabilities
- Focused on overall solution and provide inputs on connected pieces in the system.
- Has held a technical architect role on multiple complex system design or has gained equivalent
- knowledge through participation and exposure to these types of projects
- Knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration and common tools and concepts used in Salesforce implementation.
- Understands strategies to build an optimized and performant solution, able to understand licenses utilization and platform recommendations
- Experience in one-way integration and bidirectional integration of AppExchange application with Salesforce.
- Experience in System Integration using Web Services API – SOAP API, REST API.
