Salesforce Technical Lead

; Job Description: Design and Build reusable Lightning Components.Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, Auth and Single Sign-On.Work with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement solution.Present Prototypes Demos to business users as required.Ability to effectively debug and resolve technical issues and or defects.For each requirement, provide guidance on clicks vs code customization.Execute test plans and ensure a quality solution is delivered.Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions.Contribute to knowledge growth of the Salesforce practice through documenting and sharing best practices.Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality standards and design patterns are utilized.Adhere to modern software development lifecycle best practices including iterative and incremental d development, delivering working software frequently with attention to technical excellence.Provide Story Points for the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements. ;

; Minimum Requirements: 4-6 y ears of experience with hands on Salesforce Development (Mobile, Desktop Omni channel) and Administration.2 years of strong experience in developing custom lightning component on Lightning Framework with (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, Aura).Familiarity with advanced Apex programming concepts including core design patterns, limits and bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, asynchronous operations and effective unit testing.Experience using Visualforce, APEX, triggers, Classes, Lightning API, Workflows, Object Mapping.Strong experience in configuring out of the box lightning functionalities on Sales Cloud & Community Cloud and the ability to recommend best practices and identify areas where custom development is required.Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and Agile software development life-cycle.Experience soliciting and analyzing user input and requirement gatheringExperience in integrating Salesforce with other business ; Education: Bachelors Degree
