Our specialty areas include insurance pool administration, self-insurance services, and outsourced risk management programs. We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team. Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative serves as a liaison between customers and the sales and service staff, providing exemplary support and assistance. Essential Duties:
- Provides customer service to variety of customers over the telephone.
- Responsible for the servicing of existing clients-identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Receives and responds to customer service inquiries both written and verbal.
- Follows-up on customer issues, researches problems and processes documents necessary to ensure a successful resolution
- Handles calls and correspondence that are predominantly routine but may require some deviation from standard procedures
- Responsible for the servicing of existing clients-identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Providing office and project support to team
- Handling phone and email inquiries
- Meeting and event planning and execution
- Providing world-class customer service
- Processing invoices and general documents
- Processing internal and external mail
- Completing other tasks and duties as assigned
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong typing and basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word
- Good verbal communication skills
- Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller
