Our specialty areas include insurance pool administration, self-insurance services, and outsourced risk management programs. We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team. Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative serves as a liaison between customers and the sales and service staff, providing exemplary support and assistance. Essential Duties:

  • Provides customer service to variety of customers over the telephone.
  • Responsible for the servicing of existing clients-identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Receives and responds to customer service inquiries both written and verbal.
  • Follows-up on customer issues, researches problems and processes documents necessary to ensure a successful resolution
  • Handles calls and correspondence that are predominantly routine but may require some deviation from standard procedures
  • Responsible for the servicing of existing clients-identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Additional Responsibilities include:
  • Providing office and project support to team
  • Handling phone and email inquiries
  • Meeting and event planning and execution
  • Providing world-class customer service
  • Processing invoices and general documents
  • Processing internal and external mail
  • Completing other tasks and duties as assigned
Required:
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills
Preferred:
  • Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word
Work Traits:
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller
