Bookkeeper

This Bookkeeper position will be located in the Phoenix, Arizona area and will be a long-term contract / temporary opportunity.Your responsibilities in this rolePreside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping

Manage and review general ledger

Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries

Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

Uphold quality historical records by filing documents Requirements - QuickBooks experience

BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

Previous experience using accounting software
