Growing international semiconductor company is looking for a strong CMP Engineering Manager to join their team to oversee module process development including CMP processes and equipment. Qualifications

MS degree in Engineering in one of the following disciplines: Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry doing module process development and working with IC processing equipment, very strong experience with CMP processes AND equipment
Experience statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE)
Hands-on experience and management within a clean room environment
