- Overall experience of 12+ Years with experience as Product Owner executing projects with a distributed team structure
- Experience playing the Product Owner role for at least 3 years, experience in the insurance Domain will be added advantage
- Experience in AWS and Big Data Technologies
- Certified Product Owner (CPO certification - CSM) Preferred
- Articulates, elicits and inspires others to execute and support a compelling product vision and strategy
- Clearly draws and articulates the boundaries of that vision while providing enough latitude for an Agile team to creatively solve problems
- Determines and articulates Minimum Viable Product; that is, identifies those portions of an overall vision that are minimally necessary to achieve customer objectives
