Title: Service Desk Analyst

Location:Phoenix, AZ Type: 3-month contract (with possibility of conversion to a permanent position)

Your role:
  • This position is responsible for troubleshooting technical user issues via telephone and e-mail, recommending solutions to technical issues, providing on-the-spot user training for suppliers via telephone, remote PC connection and e-mail, documenting user issues and resolutions in an issue tracking system, and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Provides eProcurement system technical support via telephone and e-mail, such as responding to user questions, diagnosing technical problems on the system side and documenting user contacts in an issue tracking system.
  • Provides one-on-one eProcurement system spot training to customers via telephone or remote PC connection.
  • Documents approximately 20 user contacts in the issue tracking system per day.

What you've got:
  • Ideal candidate would have existing technical support experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in call center environments.
  • Customer service call etiquette and email writing skills.
  • Previous remote work experience is a plus.
